How do I find out how many words are there in my document?
You should be able to go into the tool section of your document, and there should be a word count button.


How do I submit a document for proofreading?
Submitting a document is very easy. You can submit it by sending to me via email. It’s that simple!


How will my documents be returned to me?
As soon as your paper is finished, it will be delivered to you via email that was given in the order form.


How fast can you proofread my document?
The proofreading and editing services are fairly fast and detailed. However, it obviously depends on the size of the documents. If you need fast turnaround, we also have that option for a small surcharge.


What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment by PayPal as it is the most secure payment system available.


Do I have to have PayPal account to pay?
No, you don’t. Once you are on the PayPal payment page, you can click “pay by Debit or Credit Card”.


Uploaded the wrong document?
If you uploaded a wrong document, don’t worry. Just, contact me by chat, telephone or email and I will process the right paper.


Can I speak to the editor?
Yes, of course. You can contact me via email or messenger. Simply, let me know that what you are in need of at that time.


What are your hours of operation?
I am available Monday thru Friday 8-5, I do reserve the weekends to work on edits that are on a deadline or in case of immediate issues that arise. I am dedicated to make your document error-free.


Do you guarantee your work?
I ensure that I will provide you with high quality, affordable editing, and proofreading services and will finish our work by the due date and time we’ve promised.


What is your cancellation policy?
Once the project is in the process either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material change of circumstance with 14 days’ notice sent in writing to the other party at the address(es) provided. If the Copy editor terminates the agreement, the author will pay the copy editor for work done up to the date of termination, and the editor will refund the over payment. If the author terminates the agreement, the author will pay the Copy editor for the work completed up to the date of termination, but this amount will not be less than 50% of the estimated total for the project.
